Here is exactly where every sourced property sits today — who has come back with rates, who is still working on it, and who is out. Auckland leads. Queenstown is held as a secondary option.
Rates and minimums below were quoted against the dates originally sourced — Auckland for 30 Dec 2026 to 4 Jan 2027, Queenstown for 4 to 8 Jan 2027.
We are back with each responding hotel for confirmation against the current pattern, and will update this page as those come in. Read the figures as an indication of the market and each property's appetite for the business rather than as final pricing.
Working sessions anchor in Auckland. The days on either side are open, which is where a Queenstown add-on could sit if the group wants it.
Getting 150 people to the bottom of the world over New Year is the hardest part of this program. If you would like it handled, we will run air as a managed desk alongside the hotel — one team, one point of contact, one manifest.
We collect and codify your T&E policy up front — cabin thresholds, advance-purchase rules, carrier preferences, approval tiers — so every ticket issued is in policy by construction, not by exception.
A branded form goes to each attendee to capture home airport, date flexibility, seat and loyalty numbers, passport details and any accessibility or dietary needs. One link, no chasing spreadsheets.
An advisor works each traveler individually to find the right routing at the right fare, then issues the ticket. Complex origins, split itineraries and pre- or post-trip extensions are handled person by person.
All arrivals and departures pulled into a single report — flight number, terminal, local arrival time, party size — so ground transfers, hotel check-in staffing and the welcome dinner headcount all key off one document.
A dedicated number your travelers call for cancellations, misconnects, weather and last-minute changes — before departure and throughout the program. Not a general call centre queue.
The air desk is optional and priced separately from the hotel program. A ticketing fee applies per traveler; it is quoted on engagement once origin mix and itinerary complexity are known.
The primary market for this program. International gateway, the full range of meeting product, and the depth of inventory a 150-person group over New Year requires. Rate and food & beverage minimum are the two figures shown here — the rest of each proposal will be built out once we shortlist.
The properties below responded against 30 Dec 2026 – 4 Jan 2027, and rates are shown as quoted for those dates. Updated quotes are in hand shortly and this page will reflect them as they arrive.

Held as a secondary option only. Queenstown was sourced against 4 – 8 Jan 2027 and the market came back thin: two proposals against six turn-downs, most citing guest rooms unavailable at peak summer. Status is recorded here for completeness.
